We’re a young dental group – founded April 2022 when we bought eight dental practices.
Now over thirty-five practices, we have ambitions to continue to grow, creating a group that provides great working conditions, where our team members feel happy and motivated, so patients can feel the warmth and care when they are treated.
With over 35 years of experience in dentistry, Lisa brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to Todays Dental. From dental nursing through to various operational management roles, Lisa’s career spans both private practices and large corporate groups, giving her a broad and strategic perspective on business growth.
As Chief Operations Officer, Lisa leads multiple departments including Culture, People and HR, Marketing, Plans & Partnerships, alongside core operational responsibilities. She’s deeply passionate about developing people, nurturing leadership at every level, and building motivated, high-performing teams that deliver results in line with our long-term strategy.
In 2025, Lisa won Business Leader of the Year at the Dental Industry awards – a testament to her incredible leadership style: grounded in empowerment, accountability, and operational excellence.
With over 15 years of experience in the dental industry, ranging from Practice Management to Acquisitions, Steve is able to share expert knowledge and leadership across multiple areas.
Now as Chief Commercial Officer for Todays Dental, he leads on Acquisitions, Facilities, IT, and Projects, bringing together his comprehensive understanding of the industry to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient care and practice performance across the group.
His collaborative approach and deep industry insight make him a trusted member of the SLT and wider team.
