At Todays Dental, our purpose is simple: to improve lives and create smiles. And wow, did the Todays Dental Awards 2025 highlight exactly that! Our first ever awards celebration was all about recognising the amazing achievements of our people – from superstar individuals to powerhouse teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over 50 nominations from 17 practices, the judging panel had their work cut out for them. But after lots of reading, discussion, and more than a few “how do we choose?!” moments, our winners were crowned across eight fantastic categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So join us as we recap this year’s first-ever TD Awards!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the awards even kicked off, we launched a brain-bending, mystery hunt with our ARG campaign from a mysterious ‘Rebel’. Starting with an audacious break-in, for one month, our emails, socials and HiBob posts were ‘hijacked’ containing hidden clues and puzzling twists revealing insight to ‘the Rebel’s’ mindset and ambitions. 39 of our team across practices and the Resource Hub joined the fun via HiBob, with plenty of eager code-crackers, but none deduced where it was all leading. The excitement surrounding the unusual happenings was infectious, bringing people together to discuss and decipher. Our amazing teams were eventually revealed as the treasure that makes Todays Dental what it is. This was shortly followed by a suspenseful countdown to reveal the all new: TD Awards! Soon after, team’s began sharing their stories (sharing their treasure) through passionate submissions giving us the opportunity to show the world the stars they truly are and the care they provide for their patient’s, practice’s and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
